29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(i): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles installed in wet locations were not equipped with ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel. a) F/V Pacific Producer - On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, employees used 120 outlet receptacles throughout the vessel which had multiple leaks in roofing, flooring, and was not water-tight. The receptacles installed and used were not GFCI protected exposing employees to electrical hazards.
