29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): (a) Lower Building - The employer used a flexible yellow cord, instead of fixed wiring, to power the Jackson 8-inch notcher, and this flexible yellow cord ran through a window, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards, on or about the week of April 5, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
