29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: Employees engaged in manufacturing activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that the employer had not provided employees with effective information and training on the hazardous chemicals in their workplace. Hazardous Chemicals used at the workplace include but are not limited to antifreeze, denatured alcohol, lacquer thinner, PS 870 C12 Part A, Govt Form A(3A), Coolube 2210, Pearl-Z3452 and Perchem 1511-AR which can cause skin and eye irritation, skin corrosion, acute toxicity and loss of consciousness.
