29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): At the workplace located at 1020 West 29th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64108, employees were exposed to possible shock, burns, fire or potential electrocution. Electrical equipment operating at 50 volts or more located inside of the electrical box behind the Bolton Tools TV 300 abrasive cut off machine was not guarded or enclosed to protect from accidental contact. a. Exposed electrical wiring within close proximity of the electrical breakers. b. Two open and unused breaker locations
