29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage firefighting: a) At buildings 308 and 610, throughout the facilities, on or about November 24, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees were trained on fire extinguisher use, thereby exposing employees to the potential for smoke inhalation and burns from fire.
