29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(2)(ii): Water was not applied at flow rates sufficient to minimize release of visible dust for tasks performed using wet methods: a) Building Exterior-back: The employer did not apply water to minimize the release of visible dust while dry cutting a concrete, the employee was exposed to silica dust while dry cutting the back wall with a handheld angle grinder, on or about 10/6/20. b) Building Exterior-back: The employer did not apply water to minimize the release of visible dust while dry cutting a concrete, the employee was exposed to silica dust while dry cutting the back wall with a Husqvarna K770 power cutter , on or about 10/6/20.
