29 CFR 1910.217(b)(3)(i): Mechanical power press(es) using full revolution clutches did not incorporate a single-stroke mechanism: On or about 11/7/2019, at Assura Windows and Doors LLC, 1543 N Powerline Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33069. Doors - An employee was exposed to caught and struck by hazards while working with a mechanical power press that lacked a single-stroke mechanism (i.e. D-16, R & K No. 2A, TM041) when stock was fed by hand.
