29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(2)(i): The employer with a work operation covered by the asbestos standard did not ensure that a "competent person" conducted an exposure assessment immediately before or at the initiation of the operation to ascertain expected exposures during that operation or workplace: a) 306 Martin Luther King Blvd., Newark, NJ The employer did not conduct an exposure assessment for employees who performed demolition and clean up of waste and debris where thermal system insulation was accessible. Two bulk samples of thermal systems insulation were found to contain 70% Chrysotile asbestos and one bulk sample of wall board contained 15% Chrysotile asbestos. Condition occurred on or about 5/2/19 and 5/6/19
