29 CFR 1926.62(i)(4)(iii): The employer did not ensure that employees whose airborne exposure to lead was above the permissible exposure limit, without regard to the use of a respirator, washed their hands and face prior to eating, drinking, smoking or applying cosmetics: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to lead hazards. The condition was most recently documented on February 28th, 2019, at 137 Hale Library, Manhattan KS. Employees engaged in paint removal activities in rooms 212 and 117 were exposed to lead hazards in that the employer did not ensure that employees washed their hand and face prior to eating and drinking.
