29 CFR 1910.1200(a)(1): The employer did not effectively ensure that the information concerning the hazards of all chemicals to which the employees may be exposed to, was transmitted as accomplished by the means of the employer's comprehensive hazard communication programs including labeling and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets and employee training. On October 26, 2017, employees working in the fabrication department were exposed to health hazards due to the employer not ensuring that all chemical containers in the workplace were properly labeled in accordance with OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard.
