29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. At the facility, portable fire extinguishers were not mounted and identified so that they were readily accessible in the following locations: a. A portable fire extinguisher located on the ground near the Auto Booth was not mounted or identified. b. A portable fire extinguisher located at the base of the stairwell that was over the Automated Conveyor between the Manual Booths and the Vacuum Forming Area was not mounted or identified. c. A portable fire extinguisher located on the ground next to the natural gas operated oven in the Solid Surface Department was not mounted or identified.
