29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: a) On or about 03/21/2018, employees working in covered process buildings who worked with chemicals such as, but not limited to, strontium nitrate, potassium, mica, boron, nitroguanadine and 5AT were not aware of the hazards of the chemicals they worked with. Hazards of the chemicals used included respiratory, skin contact and explosive hazards.
