Location: Pallet Repair Table 10 This violation was observed on November 28th, when an employee was exposed to lacerations from a Dewalt portable grinder without a guard to grind nails down on wooden pallets. To abate this violation, the employer must ensure that all abrasive wheels on portable grinders are provided with safety guards, as specified in 29 CFR 1910.243(c)(1) through (c)(4).
