29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Services, feeders, and branch circuits. Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, shall be legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident: a. Near the N010/011, disconnect 86 was unmarked, thereby exposing employees to an electrical hazard. b. Disconnect box 107 was not marked for its purpose, thereby exposing employees to an electrical hazard. c. On the wall between the N010/011 and C7009, the disconnect box was unmarked, thereby exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
