Orange 45 inch Maxx Air Pro at line 4, was receiving power from a flexible cord that had a missing ground pin, b. Box floor fan marked "Th" at line 8, was receiving power from a flexible cord that had a broken ground, c. Orange 45 inch Maxx Air Pro outside ink room was receiving power from a flexible cord that had a missing ground pin.
