29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter were not effectively closed: a. On January 12, 2016, in department 1, machines such as but not limited to numbers 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, and 20, has openings not closed and conductors entering the cabinet unprotected, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. b. On January 12, 2016, in department 2, machine numbers 2 and 13 has openings not closed and conductors entering the cabinet unprotected, exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
