29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical shock hazards while engaging in production activities. This was most recently documented in the main shop located at 731 S. Industrial Ct., Rose Hill, KS, where the flexible cord supplying power to the Miller Arc Welder was not equipped with strain relief.
