29 CFR 1910.213(h)(1): The sides of the lower exposed portion of the blade of radial saw(s) were not guarded to the full diameter of the blade by a device that automatically adjusted itself to the thickness of the stock and remained in contact with the material being cut. On 10/27/15, in Buildings 1 and 2, radial saws (3 count) used in production were not equipped with lower guards.
