29 CFR 1926.602(d): The employer did not certify that each operator had been trained and evaluated as required by paragraph 29 CFR 1910.178(l): a) On or about 8/27/15 at a demolition project located at 1111 Allen Street, Jamestown, New York; employees were using a Hyster Pioneer 40 powered industrial truck to move materials and load trailers. The employer did not certify that the employees operating the industrial truck were trained and evaluated in proper operation. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
