29 CFR 1910.1025(f)(3)(i)(A): The employer did not select, and provide to employees, the appropriate respirators specified in paragraph (d)(3)(i)(A) of 29 CFR 1910.134. a. Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: On or about May 21, 2015, the employer did not ensure an employee performing bi-monthly cleaning operations of the shooting range was provided with adequate respiratory protection. An employee was over exposed to lead at 909 ug/m3 when cleaning the shooting range which exceeded the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 ug/m3 by 1818% and which also exceeded the protection factor of his half face tight fitting respirator.
