29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces: The employer does not ensure a workplace evaluation is conducted to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces. This violation was observed on or about January 21, 2015, at the facility, where a workplace evaluation was not conducted to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to conduct a workplace evaluation to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces.
