29 CFR 1910.146(g)(2)(i): The employer did not provide training to each affected employee before the employee was first assigned duties under 29 CFR 1910.146, Permit-required confined spaces: Paper Machine #9- On or about December 2, 2019, an employee working inside the Yankee dryer was not protected from burn, asphyxiation, and entrapment hazards where the employer did not provide the employee with permit required confined space entry training including, but not limited to, rescue procedures.
