29 CFR 1910.146(f)(9): The entry permit that documented compliance and authorized entry to a permit space did not identify the acceptable entry conditions: Paper Machine #9- On or about December 2, 2019, employees working inside the Yankee dryer were not protected from thermal and entrapment hazards where the employer did not identify, on the entry permit, the acceptable temperature, within the permit space, at which the space could be entered.
