29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: Littlejohn Grain, Inc. - Westfield, Illinois: On or about February 22, 2023, an employee was exposed to chemical hazards including but not limited to: Diesel, Gas, Cool Gard II, Mobil Fleet 15w40, SAE 80W Gear Oil, Re-Lion Cutting and Tapping Fluid, Acetylene, and HY-Bard Transmission Fluid, and the employer had not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in the employee's work area.
