29 CFR 1910.110(c)(6)(iii): Valves and connections to the containers were not protected while in transit, in storage, and while being moved into final utilization, as follows (a) - (b): a. On or about October 15, 2014, at the west side of the paint building, a non-recessed valve of a propane cylinder did not have a valve cap or collar and was not protected from damage which exposes employees to fire and explosion hazards.
