29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: Employees working in the Pen Yard were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that electrical wiring coming from the scale house going to the lift station entered a cabinet in a manner that did not allow the door to shut. The door was "fastened" partially closed with black plastic tape. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at the time of inspection. No certification is required.
