Employees use chemicals in the work area, including, but not limited to, Gentech Degreasing and Cleaning Solvent, Penn Valley Paints Industrial Coating, Penn Valley Paints Industrial Lacquer, Penn Valley Paints Industrial Coating T-95 Lacquer Thinner, Hangsterfer's PC-28 coolant, Hangsterfer's Way 2 Oil, Loctite SF 7649, Dow Corning 710 Silicone Oil, methanol, hydrogen and nitrogen compressed gases, ethyl alcohol, acetone, isopropyl alcohol and lead, on or about 9/19/17.
