29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employees could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information. a) Throughout facility: Employees did not receive training on the details of the hazard communication program, including an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the order of the information on the safety data sheet and how to use that information. Employees use chemicals in the work area, including, but not limited to, Gentech Degreasing and Cleaning Solvent, Penn Valley Paints Industrial Coating, Penn Valley Paints Industrial Lacquer, Penn Valley Paints Industrial Coating T-95 Lacquer Thinner, Hangsterfer's PC-28 coolant, Hangsterfer's Way 2 Oil, Loctite SF 7649, Dow Corning 710 Silicone Oil, methanol, hydrogen and nitrogen compressed gases, ethyl alcohol, acetone, isopropyl alcohol and lead, on or about 9/19/17. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
