29 CFR 1910.110(c)(6)(ii): Regulators and low-pressure relief devices were not rigidly attached to the cylinder valves, cylinders, supporting standards, the building walls or otherwise rigidly secured and were not so installed or protected that the elements (sleet, snow, or ice) will not affect their operation: a. On or about October 15, 2014, at the west side of the paint building, a regulator was not provided at the valve of a propane cylinder to which a hose and torch were attached which exposes employees to fire and explosion hazards.
