29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed. On or about January 18, 2013, an electrical control panel on the West wall of the parts warehouse had an unused opening on the lower left hand side of the cabinet.
