29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2): Each pull box, junction box and fitting in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: a) Employees working in the Pen Yard were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that electrical wiring (connected to the lift station) entered the scale house with a missing cover on the junction box. b) Employees working in the Hamburger Room were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that the electrical outlet on the west wall was missing a face plate. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at the time of inspection. No certification is required.
