29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i):Horizontal belts which had both runs 42 inches or less from the floor level were not fully enclosed by guards conforming to requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): At the worksite, located at 10600 Endeavour Way Largo, FL 33777; On or about 11/13/23, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, in that machine guarding systems were not utilized or provided for employees operating the Wayne Air Compressor in close proximity to the rotating belt system while turning the air compressor on and off daily.
