29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace were labeled, tagged or marked in accordance with (f)(6)(i) or (f)(6)(ii): Littlejohn Grain, Inc. - Westfield, Illinois: On or about April 12, 2023, employees were exposed to chemical hazards, and the employees utilized a container of WD-40, which was not labeled, tagged or marked with either: a. Information specified with product identifier, signal word, hazard statement, pictograms, and precautionary statement or b. Product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof which provides at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemical.
