29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Work place was located at 25 Colony Road, Jersey City, NJ 07305 The employer did not provide employees with training on the hazards of the chemicals they work with to include but not limited to Hot Shot Flying Insect Killer, Krud Kutter Graffiti Remover and Spray Paint. Violation was identified on August 19, 2019.
