29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) At 2307 US Hwy 31S, Bay Minette, AL: On or about September 19, 2017, the employer exposed employees to hazardous chemicals and substances that include, but are not limited to, hydraulic oil, motor oil, grease, diesel fuel, gasoline, transmission fluid, anti-freeze, and brake fluid without providing training as required by the standard.
