29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): Guard for abrasive wheel machine where the operator stands in front of the machine was not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel. a.) On or about August 10 ,2017, on the west side of the building in a room with grinders and a wet sand table; the employer allowed employees to use a Dewalt DW758 grinder (Serial #2007 07-YL023) to grind burs of tools and other pieces of materials without a tongue guard.
