29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about February 21, 2017, in buildings 1 and 2, the employees are using equipment to fabricate wildlife feeders and hunting blinds where the electrical disconnects did not have sufficient access and working space in front of them. a) Building 1, disconnect box on the wall near the Scotchman shear. b) Building 1, disconnect near spray booth that does to the compressor. c) Building 1, disconnect breaker box in the middle of the wall. d) Building 2, disconnect breaker box and disconnects were blocked, items stored in front of breaker box.
