29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a. 21 Edgeboro Road, East Brunswick, NJ - Cardboard Recycling Area Employees were not provided effective training on hazardous chemicals used daily in their work area. Employees engaged in the repair of motor vehicles used hazardous chemicals, which included, but were not limited to, acetylene, compressed oxygen, hydraulic fluids, and window washing fluids on a daily basis and were not provided training on their hazards. Violation occurred on or about December 8, 2016
