29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(v): A receptacle installed outdoors in a location protected from the weather or in other damp locations did not have an enclosure for the receptacle that was weatherproof when the receptacle was covered (attachment plug cap not inserted and receptacle covers closed): a) Support column near South rail dock crane: On or about March 4, 2016, and at times prior, workers were exposed to electrical shock hazards where a receptacle outlet in a damp/wet location was missing the weatherproof cover. Abatement Note: Employer completed abatement during inspection.
