29 CFR 1910.430(b)(4): The output of air compressor systems was not tested for air purity every 6 months by means of samples taken at the connection to the distribution system, except that non-oil lubricated compressors need not be tested for oil mist: On or about June 10, 2014, at the above addressed job site, the employer was using an air compressor to provide air to a diver that had not been tested for output and air purity by samples taken at the air distribution system.
