29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion: Employees in the following locations were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that electrical wiring was not protected from abrasions when entering cabinets: a) Pen Yard - an energized wire connected at the scale house and leading to the lift station was unprotected from abrasion when entering into the top opening of the electrical box. b) Oil Building - a flexible cord attached to a battery charger ran through the side of a metal locker cabinet. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at the time of inspection. No certification is required.
