29 CFR 1910.272(m)(4): The employer did not implement procedures in the grain handling facility for the use of tags and locks which would prevent the inadvertent application of energy or motion to equipment being repaired, serviced, or adjusted, which could result in employee injury: At the worksite located at 1315 North 2nd Street Clinton, MO: On or prior to January 29, 2024, employees were exposed to electrical, amputation, caught by, and struck by hazards. Employees performed maintenance and service on grain handling machinery without an established lockout tagout program.
