29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The hazard communication program did not include a list of hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet: (a) At the Plant: on or about 11/16/2023 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to physical and health hazards, in that the employer had not implemented an inventory listing of chemicals used by employees while handling chemicals such as, but not limited to TACC T202 Sub-flooring adhesive, Oatey Purple Primer, and Aero Spot Attack. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
