29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not using electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: (a) 3008 Penns Valley Road, Centre Hall, PA; plant-wide - On or about October 11, 2023, employees worked on live electrical systems including, but not limited to, the 480VAC electrical panels in the Engine Room as part of their daily work, were not using electrical protective equipment such as flame resistant or arc rated clothing, hand protection, and face protection. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
