29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee who was involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question: On or about July 13, 2023, at 1096 N Venetian Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, 33139, on the north side of the house, the scaffold system was erected by employees that were not adequately trained to erect the scaffold, exposing employees to a fall, struck by and/or crushed by hazard.
