PRODUCTION AREA: 211 FOOD TERMINAL PLAZA, NEW HAVEN, CT 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): On/or about March 20, 2023, the black flexible cord attached to the Charlies Spiralizer was looped and plugged into an orange extension cord which traveled into the Set Up room, then wrapped around the Kobalt air compressor unit, traveled overhead then wrapped around the covered electrical box to the outlet. ABATED DURING THE INSPECTION.
