29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet: Littlejohn Grain, Inc. - Westfield, Illinois: On or about February 22, 2023, employees were exposed chemical hazards including but not limited to: Diesel, Gas, Cool Gard II, Mobil Fleet 15w40, SAE 80W Gear Oil, Re-Lion Cutting and Tapping Fluid, Acetylene, and HY-Bard Transmission Fluid, and the employer had not developed a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet.
