29 CFR 1910.219(i)(2): Bolt(s), nuts, or setscrews used in shaft coupling(s) extended beyond the flange of the coupling and were not covered with safety sleeve(s): a. 156 West Harrisburg Avenue Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania - On or about October 19, 2021, in the packing room, the spindle ends of the conveyor systems to include but not limited to the Hytrol Conveyors 11P871 and 11AU31 were not guarded, thereby exposing employees to a caught in hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
