29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(i): The employer did not perform inspection and tests on process equipment a) Bay Shore Facility, at or near 190 Corbin Avenue, Bay Shore, New York: The employer failed to conduct inspections on process equipment including, but not limited to, the propane pressurized storage tank and pressurized piping of the covered process. The violation occurred on or about 3/11/21. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
