29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) Warehouse Areas - near Aisle AM: On or about 12/11/2020, the employer exposed employees to stuck-by hazards in that, individual rugs and/or carpets stored improperly on metal storage racks could be pushed from the storage racks and fall off the shelves and hit the employees below when near-by rugs and/or carpets were pulled from the stack.
