29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: COMPANY-WIDE: On or about and at times prior to April 25, 2019, employees worked with chemicals on a regular basis. The employees had not been trained in regards to the hazard associated with hazardous chemicals (including but not limited to hydrofluoric acid, methanol, n-butanol) in use at the facility.
